● | Added support for voucher tolling, which is now mandatory for all PHAs under HUD's Streamlining Rule. Tolling a voucher means suspending or pausing its "expiration clock" between the time when the family submits a request for tenancy approval (RFTA) to your agency and the time when you notify the family in writing whether that request has been approved or denied. It results in a later expiration date for the voucher. Case: HOP-1709 |
